Although Ellie is fairly new in her position at our office, she has already become such an asset to our Trinity family. At the front desk, she consistently greets arriving agents and visitors. Her real estate knowledge enhances her position as Agent Ambassador. Ellis takes a genuine interest in each agent and always offers assistance. She is truly a welcomed addition to the Trinity office.

I nominate Ellie because she’s super friendly, a great team player, and always willing to help. She’s passionate about what she does and supports everyone in the office, not just her own team.
One time, I mentioned I had an open house, and she offered to make flyers—even gave me options and printed them! She really knows her stuff. Plus, she brings cookies to the office and always lifts everyone’s mood. We’re lucky to have her!

Our office simply wouldn’t run the same without Melissa! She is an integral of our team—always professional, kind, patient, and thoughtful in everything she does. Her positive attitude is contagious, and I’m constantly amazed by her ability to juggle so many moving parts while keeping everything running smoothly. Mike is the AA in our St Pete office. He goes above and beyond for agents everyday. He cares about them at an individual level often reaching out to them to offer support or just to check in on them. He is a contributor to our office meetings sharing new ideas and better more efficient ways to get things done. He is a joy to work with everyday he brings a positive energy to the office. He makes the office fun and he is just fun to be around. We are a better team with Mike supporting us.
